• Function chart represents the picture of the current functions and positions that make up the organization
• Organizational Configurator defines the “job description” and describes in detail the content of the various company positions in terms of objectives, responsibilities and organizational relationships. constitutes the basis on which to build evaluation systems.
• Organizational Dictionary manages the domain tables of the organizational manual such as Functions, Sub-functions, Job Description Sections, Degree of Assessment, Areas of Expertise, Skills, Knowledge Areas, Knowledge, Areas of Benefit / Tools, Compulsory Training, Organizational Positions, Authorizations
